Technique with Kat Gorsuch

Strengthening & coordination for both roles.
Through a series of solo drills and partner work, we will work on how to engage , isolate, & use different muscles. How we can be more grounded and stronger in our movements, allowing for a more fluid dance.

*no partner required, just desire to move and get a tango work out 😉

Advanced sequences with Marcelo &kat : creating & playing with space

Exploring the space between and around us. We will propose a series of sequences and exercises in which we explore the movement in compact spaces, and the possibilities that help open up the space. Leading and following directions as opposed to just steps. We will also integrate contemporary dance elements that can exponentially open the possibilities in our dance.
