8:30 pm – 9:00 pm – FREE Intro-to-Tango class. 9:00 pm – 11:30 pm – Social dancing (aka Milonga) Come and enjoy a special fun night of TANGO at the Russian House Bar & Restaurant, one of the coolest and most unique venues in town! This is a “50/50 milonga ” that comes with a FREE Intro Tango Class. Music is played in the traditional Argentine tanda/cortina style, only approximately half the tandas is traditional, mostly “golden age” Argentine tango music alternating with tandas of alternative tango or neo tango. Tango specials are available each week. The classic Russian FOOD is amazing! The kitchen closes at 9:00 pm, but a limited late night menu is served at the bar until late. The BAR serves over 100 types of special vodkas and is open until midnight.
