Please read carefully the information below before you come and make a list with all your questions. Also, try to have the exact days that you can travel and how much time you want to stay. Although the trip is organized for 8 days but It can be accommodate your stay for longer or shorter time, in this case prices will change.

Leaving US on Thursday Nov 9 / Arriving Buenos Aires on Friday Nov 10.
Leaving Buenos Aires on Saturday Nov 18 / Arriving in US on Sunday Nov 19.

Weather for 6th Edition-SPRING: temperature is between 65 and 85 degree, some rain.

All levels of dancers are welcome! Space is limited to 10 travelers.

Come to the Tango Mecca and visit the city where tango was born, dance at its milongas, meet the legendary milongueros, take classes, shop for shoes and clothing at great prices, go sightseeing around Buenos Aires and learn about its history and people. Daniela will make your visit an unforgettable experience!

Clothes: For “Spring” a light jacket and comfortable shoes to walk on the streets. Casual & comfortable clothes for classes and dressy for milongas.

Accommodations: can be arranged.
Option #1: Daily rates: 3 or 4 Stars Hotel double occupancy (about $100 U.S.).
Option #2: 2 Stars Hotel double occupancy (about $50/60 U.S.).
Option #3: One Room in a Hostel or Private home, shared bathroom (about $25 U.S.).

For your convenience you will stay in the Abasto plaza Hotel in the neighborhood of Almagro. Palermo, or Centro area (downtown) are convenian as well.
Daily meeting point is at Shopping Abasto, “Carlos Gardel” Subway Station-Line B) in Almagro neighborhood.

Money: Best to bring U.S. dollars in cash to avoid credit card fees and poor exchange rates. Exchange into Argentinian pesos can be provided to avoid fees and long lines at the bank. Try not to use credit cards.

Prices
The 6th Edition tour price is for 8 days only. Arrangements for a different length can be made, and we can also personalize your tango level activities. Or you may want to extend your stay at your own expenses.

(If you wish to stay longer ask Daniela to costumize a new price for your tour).

Before October 30: $1899 US Dollars / per person (this price includes the hotel)
After November 1: $1999 US Dollars / per person (this price includes the hotel)

Prices are based in double hotel Occupancy (3 Stars).

If you arrange your own accommodation discount $600.
Payment can be done in two times: Fist half due on September 1, second half due on October 1.
Once the hotel is reserved and payed there is NOT refunds. $999 refunds before leaving US if you have pay the total amount.

Price does not includes:

Tourist Visa to enter Argentina. Must be paid before you take aboard your plane to go to Buenos Aires. Price is about $200 and expired in ten years with multiple entries. Fill the application ON LINE.

Meals or transportation within the city (these are general walking distances or by low cost taxi/subway/bus transit).

Daniela will provide you with the information and contact you need to book your transfer to and from Buenos Aires airport (airport code: EZE).

Note: These prices are for a group of 6 persons minimum. If the group is smaller than 6 persons the cost will be $200 U.S. dollars extra paid before U.S. departure.

About her…
Daniela has extensive experience teaching, choreographing, and performing. She has worked with well known artists such as Julio Iglesias, Madonna, Libertad Lamarque, Sexteto Tango Orchestra, The Symphonic Orchestra from the Hollywood Bowl, and many more.
Daniela has taught and performed in over 200 cities around the world, as well as helped and supported the opening of new tango schools in both Europe and in the US.
Daniela is a graduate of the Escuela Nacional de Danzas and Instituto Nacional de Gimnasia, in Buenos Aires. She was trained in tango by some of the most eloquent milongueros in the tango scene of Buenos Aires.
