I will be in Charleston on all day Friday for private lessons and then 2 workshops on Saturday Afternoon, and a Beginner’s / Fundamentals Workshop in the evening and a Milonga at Trudy’s Dance Studio.

Both of the workshops will focus on the history and music of orchestra leader, Carlos DiSarli. In the first workshop, we will focus on Barridas (sweeps, drags) and in the second workshop we will focus on Sacadas and Boleos.

Saturday Schedule:
11am to 11:15am – Sign In and Warm Up
11:15 to 12:30pm – Dancing to the Music of Carlos DiSarli: Focus on Barridas
12:45pm to 2pm – Dancing to the Music of Carlos DiSarli: Focus on Sacadas and Boleos
$15 per workshop

Beginner / Fundamentals Class
7pm to 8pm
$10

Milonga (Tango Dance Party)
8pm to 12pm
$12

($15 for both the Fundamentals class and milonga)
